• Payment Processing: Card transactions and temporary verification pre-authorizations are encrypted and handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment gateway, Stripe. V-ChargeNow does not store, view, or process full payment card numbers on local infrastructure.
• Rental & Hardware Telemetry: We record rental unlock timestamps, battery pack serial numbers, station hardware IDs, location data of origin and destination kiosks, rental duration, accrued billing amounts, and dock return confirmations.
• Customer Support Communications: When contacting us directly (support@vchargenow.com), we retain your email address, inquiry details, and transaction timestamps to resolve support requests.
• Browser & Connection Data: When loading our web interface via station QR codes, we collect basic browser metadata, operating system type, IP address, and connection telemetry necessary to securely authenticate the session and release hardware.

• To process rental transactions, execute temporary card verification checks, and settle finalized hourly/daily rental fees.
• To deliver automatic digital receipts and transaction confirmations upon successful battery return.
• To monitor the physical dispatch, station capacity, and secure return of battery units across locations.
• To provide human customer support, resolve return errors, and issue approved billing corrections.
• To prevent equipment theft, mitigate fraudulent payment attempts, and protect kiosk hardware.
